What has been done more to the PDF rip;
- Covers, Table of Content, (Grayscaled) Color pages and and credit pages are of a lower resolution in an as-is resolution from export.
- An extra insert page was added after the afterword of volume 2 and 4 to keep the credit page on an odd page number like the other volumes.
- Insert pages of volume 8 are replaced by a clean 600DPI export from volume 7 for x4913 size consistency.
