TRAMA
La storia segue Jurij Živago (interpretato da Omar Sharif), un medico e poeta di talento, durante la Rivoluzione Russa e la successiva guerra civile. Živago è diviso tra due donne: sua moglie Tonja (Geraldine Chaplin), una figura devota e dolce che rappresenta la stabilità, e Lara (Julie Christie), una donna passionale e misteriosa, legata a eventi drammatici e figure potenti come l'avvocato rivoluzionario Pasha Antipov (Tom Courtenay) e il crudele Komarovskij (Rod Steiger).
STILE
