Description
I wanted to try making subtitles for myself, and these were the results. I thought they were worth sharing. Firstly, this is an AI-assisted translation from Japanese to English. But for the most part, this was not a simple copy and paste. This was definitely a full-effort release on my part, involving rigorous transcribing/translating methods and native English based editing. I'm also trying to learn Japanese, so this was a small project I wanted to take on to help a little with that. I might continue this monthly if the reception is good. I also know AmateurSubs is working on subtitles, which I think is great. I just consider this an alternate source of English subtitles for people to grab. I don't want to be too reliant on AI. If someone who knows Japanese/English is interested in providing additional voluntary translation checking and or QC, message me on Discord at legitou_.
