The show actually goes on for 30 minutes combined, it's not very cynical nor hysterical. It's actually a bag of mysteries, even beyond the title. The sub-titles in the show are clearly spelt in English, as evident from the screencap above, but the JP wiki still has them in Japanese for some reason: • 1. Trip Coaster / トリップコースター • 2. Ch Ch Ch Change / へんしん • 3. Through the night / 夜は楽し • 4. Bubblin' Singin' / うたかたのうた This rip includes all 4 episodes together, btw, though sites like MAL list them as four separate titles. All the show's credits are in English, and a lot of the names in them are not Japanese either, like one John Zorn in charge of the show's music, whose name might mean something to some of you. The show has the AR of 16:9 for some reason and was letterboxed for the LD. I've set up the .mkv to play back with 55 pixels cropped from the top and bottom, but that feature might not be supported by your player yet. The show and its parent manga were apparently pretty popular at the time, spanning across 6 paperback volumes and 13 years, though I fail to understand why.
