In doing so, they will transform the lives of the patients they treat, ridding them of the skin problems that have bothered them for years.This week, Dr Dev Shah hopes he can "shell out" a giant lipoma from the arm of retired nurse Audrie, whilst Dr Toby Nelson treats one of the biggest cysts he's ever seen. Dr Natalia Spierings deals with a chunky keloid, Dr Emma McMullen tackles a pair of cysts nicknamed Tweedledum and Tweedledee, and Dr Adil Sheraz's patient Sarah struggles with excruciating injections to the sole of her foot.
