The Coffee Table (La mesita del comedor) (2022_2 0 Spa_Eng subs_1080p)

I finally found this.  From what I can tell it's the only copy out there so far.  It has HARCODED English subtitles and the spoken language is Spanish (I THINK).  It's a Spanish film so that's what I'm assuming but I'm unsure.  As you'll see it, it has an annoying water mark all through on the left of the screen and once in a blue moon there's that dumb banner but for now this is the best there is.  People are talking about this one, saying it's pretty morbid.  Please seed.  Thanks :-)
