Típica película divertida de Fernando Esteso y Andrés Pajares con sus más y sus menos. Se trata de una comedia políticamente incorrecta que hoy sería difícil de rodar . Dos aprendices de estafadores : Andrés Pajares , Fernando Esteso se encuentran en una clínica de la Costa del Sol disfrazados de trabajadores del hospital . El Hospital ¨La Operadora¨ está al borde de la quiebra y totalmente desprestigiado. Para intentar rehabilitar su imagen médica , los responsables de la clínica -Alfonso del Real, Adrián Ortega- deciden aprovechar la presencia de un famoso paciente político -Juanito Navarro- para hacerse publicidad , esperando la llegada de las cámaras de televisión. Al mismo tiempo la pareja de estafadores que se hacen pasar por un médico y una enfermera intentan evadir mucho dinero aprovechando la ocasión para esconderlo . Entonces aprovechan la llegada de una importante autoridad , pero las cosas se tuercen.
