原盘画质一言难尽，是目前 JOJO TV 系列中最难处理的一类。原生分辨率为 720p，相比第一季度，可以明显感觉到作画的精度提高，一些细线条已经达到了原生 720p 的极限，使得这些线条原本就带有锯齿。制作采用的拉升算法非常混乱，时而线条锐利有严重的锯齿和振铃，时而线条模糊带有轻微锯齿。最离谱的集数甚至换一个分镜就变一次算法。我们设计了自动化检测方法以实时选择合适的逆向拉伸重构方案。然后是常规的抗锯齿、自适应去色带、自适应去色块、补偿性锐化和自适应降噪。
The source quality is complicated, which is by far the most difficult in the JoJo TV Series to process. The native resolution is 720p, and the painting precision is increased, though some fine lines are reaching the limits of native 720p, causing subpixel aliasing. The upscaling algorithm adopted in the production is rather chaotic. As a result, lines are sometimes sharp with severe aliasing and ringing while once in a while blurry with slight aliasing. In the most irregular cases, the algorithm changes once for new cuts. Therefore, we designed a method to automatically select the suitable upscaling algorithm for reconstruction based on real-time analysis. Then routine AA, adaptive de-banding, adaptive de-blocking, compensatory sharpening and adaptive denoising.
