Description
This is a fan project that Recut the Original Anime to be more faithful to the Manga (cutting filler, etc...), the original release can be found [here](https://nyaa.si/view/1594484)
They recently made an [AI Upscale](https://archive.org/details/fist-of-the-north-star-recut-hd-23) for it, but it was far too big for comfort (Whopping 213GB).
I did my best to experiment a ton in order to maintain the image quality while trying not to lose the quality because of the rather aggressive grainy noise from the upscale (It's now 63GB).
I'll be also making a mini-encode for this soon that may smooth it out a bit, for people that want a more compact version and don't mind some loss in quality (then again, only encoders will notice that, not your average joe just wanting to watch old school manliness in HD).
