When Wendy Christensen has a vision of an accident on the roller coaster, resulting in her and her friends' deaths, she instantly begins to panic and gets off the ride, causing a few of her friends to get off as well. The remaining friends, including Wendy's boyfriend, are stuck on the roller coaster and find themselves involved in the accident. With death waiting around the corner, Wendy and Kevin Fischer must try and work out death's plan, before they and the remaining survivors end up dead.

Prima di salire con i suoi amici sulle montagne russe, Wendy ha una strana sensazione. E' convinta che accadrà un incidente proprio durante il loro giro. La visione è talmente realistica da costringerla ad abbandonare il suo posto e a convincere altri ragazzi ad imitarla. Come previsto, l'ottovolante si schianta tragicamente, causando decine di vittime. Wendy e i suoi amici sono salvi per miracolo ma quello che è rimasto incompiuto deve essere portato a termine. Ancora una volta la morte si metterà sulle tracce dei sopravvissuti e dimostrerà che è impossibile ingannarla.
