Задуманный в 2006‐м году гитаристом The Gun Club Сайпрессом Гроувом, проект всегда стремился показать Джеффри Ли Пирса как одного из самых влиятельных американских певцов и авторов песен прошлого века, одновременно продвигая его творения в наши дни.

В рамках The Jeffrey Lee Pierce Sessions Project старые друзья и коллеги покойного музыканта, и прочие исполнители, чтившие его творчество, представляют свою интерпретацию классических песен Пирса, а также самостоятельно дописывают незаконченный и неизданный материал Джеффри Ли.



Настроение восемнадцати произведений наполнено редкими жемчужинами, созданными с любовью, уважением и энергией преданных фанатов, транслирующих любую грань или фрагмент неуправляемой музы Пирса.
