The Super Mario Bros Movie (2023) Film Review

Super Mario Bros. - Il Film, diretto da Aaron Horvath e Michael Jelenic, ha inizio quando i due fratelli idraulici Mario (voce italiana di Claudio Santamaria) e Luigi, durante il tentativo di riparare una tubatura sotterranea, si ritrovano catapultati in un universo magico, attraverso un misterioso condotto.
Ma quando i due si separano, Mario intraprende una frenetica avventura alla ricerca del fratello perduto. Fortunatamente nella sua missione può contare sull'amicizia di Toad, abitante del Regno dei Funghi, e sui saggi consigli della determinata guerriera Principessa Peach, alle prese con l'imminente invasione del cattivissimo Bowser. Apprese le tecniche di combattimento da Peach, Mario dovrà fare appello a tutte le sue forze non solo per ritrovare Luigi, ma anche per fermare l'attacco di Bowser, magari trovando altri alleati lungo la strada...
Nella versione originale del film Chris Pratt presta la voce a l'eroe-idraulico Mario, Charlie Day a suo fratello Luigi, Anya Taylor-Joy a Peach, Seth Rogen dà la voce al gorilla Donkey Kong, mentre Jack Black è all'antagonista del film, Bowser.
