Shazam! Furia degli Dei, film diretto da David F. Sandberg, è il sequel del film del 2019 e segue l'adolescente Billy Baston (Asher Angel), in grado di trasformarsi nel divertente supereroe Shazam (Zachary Levi), alle prese con una nuova avventura. Questa volta il giovane non è solo, infatti con lui ci sono i suoi fratelli adottivi, tutti capaci di trasformarsi in supereroi grazie alla parola magica. Oltre a Shazam, formano il team Super Hero Freddy (Adam Brody), Super Hero Eugene (Ross Butler), Super Hero Darla (Meagan Good), Super Hero Pedro (D.J. Cotrona) e Super Hero Mary (Grace Caroline Currey). Nonostante Billy abbia ottenuto completamente i poteri degli dei, lui e i suoi fratelli adottivi devono ancora imparare come destreggiarsi tra la vita da adolescenti e il loro alter ego di supereroi.

I ragazzi, però, non avranno molto tempo per capire come riuscire a vivere al meglio due vite parallele, perché si ritroveranno ad affrontare le Figlie di Atlante - Hespera, Kalypso e Anthea (Helen Mirren, Lucy Liu e Rachel Zegler) - un trio di antiche divinità, arrivate sulla Terra in cerca di vendetta. Le tre sono alla ricerca di quella magia che diverso tempo fa è stata loro rubata e che permette ai ragazzi di trasformarsi in supereroi. Sarà compito di Billy aka Shazam e dei suoi fratelli adottivi combatterle per salvare non solo la loro vita, ma anche tutto il mondo. Riuscirà un gruppo di adolescenti a fermare la furia delle tre e mettere in salvo il pianeta?
