It follows Dragon Ninja Ryu as he and his friends attempt to solve the mystery of Ned Friedman, a scientist who's supposedly found a cure for cancer. Little do they know that it runs far deeper than they ever imagined. This LaserDisc was obtained by KiddoCabbusses, who allowed us to capture it through the Domesday Duplicator. As a result, the visual quality surpasses that of older, traditional captures and encodes, and now this OVA looks as good as it possibly can unless the original film elements are restored. The colors were slightly balanced, but otherwise nothing about the original capture was altered in any way.
