01 Hellboy Directors Cut 2004.
Hellboy isn't your average hero. Hell, he isn't even your average superhero.
Brought forth by the Nazis during a sacred ritual towards the end of World War II.
Our hero was summoned by accident when the evil monk of Russian history and
folklore, Grigori Rasputin was meddling with forces that lead to his undoing. With
the twisted and evil monster trapped for another sixty years when things don't go as
planned (U.S. soldiers heroically intervened). Hellboy is raised by Professor
Trevor "Broom" Bruttenholm, an expert in the occult. Our demonic hero is initiated
in to the Bureau of Paranormal Research, were he joins the amphibious, kind-hearted,
and clever fellow "freak", Abe Sapien. When Rasputin returns once again with the
aid of his minions, the maniacal, undead assassin Kroenen and the monk's faithful
lover Ilsa. Hellboy must unwillingly pair up with John Myers, an idealistic, naive
new Agent of the Bureau. Not only that, but the big hunk of an evil basher becomes
entangled in a love triangle with the pyro-telekinetic love of his life Liz and his
new comrade. Fighting evil couldn't prove to be more difficult, or out there.

02 Hellboy II The Golden Army 2008.
After saving the world from the evil Russian mystic, Grigory Rasputin, in Hellboy
(2004), the red-skinned gun-toting demon and humankind's strange protector, Hellboy,
now struggle to accept that the operations of the Bureau for Paranormal Research and
Defence must remain secret. As if that weren't enough, the powerful Elven-prince,
Nuada, is bent on retrieving the fragments of a crown that commands the
indestructible Golden Army: an omnipotent legion of clockwork warriors that can
destroy all humans. Now, before this new menace, all hope rests on Hellboy and Liz's
old brothers-in-arms, as well as the ectoplasmic being, Johann Krauss. However, the
Earth's supernatural defenders seem to be no match for Nuada's unstoppable forces.

03 Hellboy Sword Of Storms 2006.
A professor of folklore opens a forbidden scroll and becomes possessed by the
ancient Japanese demons of Thunder and Lightning, who seek to return and dominate
our world. The Bureau for Paranormal Research and Defense sends Hellboy and a team
of agents to investigate, but when Hellboy picks up a samurai sword, he literally
disappears into a weird wonderland of Japanese legends, ghosts and monsters.
Meanwhile, BPRD agents Kate Corrigan and Russell Thorne are on the trail of the
possessed professor to bring Hellboy back.

04 Hellboy Blood And Iron 2007.
In 1939, young Professor Bruttenholm destroyd Erzsebet Ondrushko (Kath Soucie), a
female vampire who bathed in the blood of innocents to stay young. Now someone in
upstate New York is trying to bring her back, and the elderly Professor Broom (Sir
John Hurt) has decided to investigate it himself. He takes the top B.P.R.D. Agents,
Hellboy (Ron Perlman), Liz Sherman (Selma Blair), and Abe Sapien (Doug Jones), who
are more worried about his welfare than the return of any vampire. Their tune
changes when they face a horde of ghosts, a phantom wolf pack, witches, harpies, a
giant werewolf and Erzsebet. Hellboy ends up battling the Queen of Witches, the
goddess Hecate (Cree Summer), who wants him to embrace his true destiny, a destiny
that includes the destruction of mankind.

with the psychic fellow agent, Alice Monaghan, and the battle-scarred operative,
Major Ben Daimio, embark on a dangerous quest to thwart the witch's dark plans and
to avert the end of the world. Now, the troubled hornless demon has to pick sides
and realise his full potential. However, is Hellboy, indeed, one of the good guys?
