Note : I've had a few requests for this direct to video vampire movie, and I can kind of see why. While it's clichéd as a story, it has some neat practical effects (stop motion, of all things), it's filmed in Romania, so the setting feels authentic, and the visuals at least want to take inspiration from stuff like Nosferatu. All in all, not bad for a low budget direct to video movie.

Three female college students are in Romania studying local culture and folklore, fall in with a pair of vampire brothers, one good and one evil, and are seduced, turned into vampires, and... Well, you honestly know this story, you've seen it before, and there's nothing particularly original about it, but it's fine.

This is not the greatest looking Blu-Ray. The image is consistently quite soft, and noise reduction is exaggerated, leading to a lack of detail, with the only grain being a sort of light analog video-like fuzz. Sound is fine, the commentary track is ok, but it doesn't score highly on technical quality, which is a shame, because the cinematography doesn't seem bad to begin with.
