I'm a disabled oil worker and said I'd never go back to Texas when my working years were over. But WOW! Those are some incredible foods these men and women make! Deep fried this and that. They even deep fry Coca-Cola! It's a 24 day fair and each episode of the show is about different fair booths. I may break my 'oath' and make a trip to this fair in the next year or two. Who doesn't love the occasional unhealthy foods that taste so good? If you're a junk foodie, you'll love this show!
