Note : There's just time for one more Christmas themed horror movie, and this time it's influential proto-slasher "Silent Night, Bloody Night", a grotty little yarn about a dark secret in a mansion that was formerly a mental hospital. It's kind of slow and a bit impenetrable, but there are plenty of deaths, and the influences on later slashers are pretty clear.

This is not a remaster so much as a transfer of a pretty worn print, so don't expect great things in terms of image quality. It's completely watchable, though.
