**V2 Changes:**
* added fonts for correct subtitle look
* fixed subtitle delay on almost all episodes (250-750ms)
* everything is now HEVC instead of mixed with x264 streams
* encoded japanese audio from FLAC to OPUS instead of AAC
* wasn't happy with the high compression so crf 18 instead of 25
