I can finally release it! o/
Subs wise, there are some differences between web batch and this, mainly added ED to all the episodes that needed them (some episodes had ED playing as insert songs, but most of it was undiscernible, so I decided to skip them). Also, changed names in earlier episodes to their correct counterparts.
