[Beatrice-Raws] Evangelion 3 0+1 0 Thrice Upon a Time [WebRip 1920x816 HEVC E-AC3]

Encoder(s): Jensen The WEB-DL quality from Amazon Prime Video is not very good. The lack of bitrate adds very strong blockiness, banding and loss of detail. Deband and light fix lineart was done for this release. I've tried my best to remove these artifacts, but it's a tricky task, largely due to the fact that I don't want to bloat the webrip any more than the original WEB-DL. Full filtering and fixes will be done for Blu-ray version 3.0 + 1.01. In addition, version 3.333 will go on sale on August 25 (Evangelion version: 3.0 You Can (Not) Redo with fixes for display in IMAX), it will also be encoded.
