Among many examples of drugs, murder and betrayal, The Unrest is likely to be the newest and most realistic action/drama set in current time. Its Baltimore 2015. Freddie Gray, a Baltimore man, is the latest victim of police brutality in the country. And the governor of Maryland is battling stage four Lymphoma. The day of Freddie Gray's funeral, a riot occurs and the entire city is enraged. Two childhood friends, Marcus "FATBOY" Cooper and Jackson "JACK" Richards decide to capitalize off of the chaos. They break into a neighborhood pharmacy stealing every prescription narcotic in stock, with the intent to put them in the streets. Our duo doesn't realize that this very move has sealed their fates.
