Encoded version of [#1387571](https://nyaa.si/view/1387571) The lossless dump is overkill for basically anyone, so this encoded version shrinks down the file size massively while retaining the same quality (essentially). If you'd like to see more info on the process of dumping/extracting the original file, read the description of the torrent linked above. It has a detailed breakdown of what was done to make this possible. This is a straight encode with no filtering and what I'm considering the "final" version. Yes, some work could be done to clean up the compression artifacts left by the old codec itself, but I don't really want to attempt a frame by frame restoration myself. I've you'd like to take a crack at it, you can see the torrent linked above for a true lossless dump of the short. **This still only contains version 1 of Mewoth's Party**. I plan on making a separate torrent with all versions at some point. The Japanese and European discs both have different video for the ending theme so I still need to check/dump the Australian & American discs.
