This is my personal collection of 3329 AMV's, collected between 2002 and 2020.
**Since some of these AMVs have been included in my previous releases and are already downloaded by users,
they will not be combined (you can easily do it yourself).
Thus, if you have already downloaded one of the two old torrents, simply uncheck the appropriate box in the list of distributed folders.**
Most of these videos were downloaded from http://www.animemusicvideos.org/.
Animemusicvideos.org contains more than 204,000 AMVs now
Although, the number of videos uploaded to this site has drastically decreased in recent years:
from 2004 to 2006, at the peak of popularity, there were about 30,000 per year, in 2018 only about 1000.
This is due primarily to the development of online video viewing services & mobile internet's.
Most authors have other works besides videos collected here.

About this release:
There is rather peculiar system in .xls lists (the color scheme), but in general everything is simple.
Ratings here are subjective. [2/3/4 +] means just [nice/good/best], I rated them this way for myself.
No information about winners of various AMV-contests here, but some info & links - in the folder ''AMV Contest & etc''.
Anime titles are given in Japanese transcription.
Quality of videos from the beginning of the 2000s is greatly improved:
early standard was 320х240/640x360 MPEG1-DiVX-XViD, now it is 1280x720/H264 and 1920x1080/H264 & HEVC.
Also capability of video editors is upgraded; therefore many old AMVs may look worse both visually and technically.
However old videos moved into category of classics/oldschool.
Almost all of M@Ds in this archive are old (2005-2008), and there is very few of them.
There are almost no videos from the https://www.bilibili.com/ and https://www.nicovideo.jp/
(first of all, because they do not publish original files, but simply upload video in online services for viewing on a smartphone's)
despite the fact, that in Chinese bilibili contain a huge amount of good AMV's.
Almost all the videos collected in this assembly are original files; from the online service YouTube downloaded just 27 videos, with bilibili - 6 videos.
Unfortunately, due to the fact that the overwhelming majority of videos uploaded on YouTube appallingly are low level,
and these absolutely illiterate crafts numbering going beyond hundreds of thousands,
to denote this kind of video creativity in the community of video creators I entered the term "Youtube-style".
At the same time, due to the convenience of the online video service, number of video views on YouTube
is now steadily by 3 orders of magnitude greater than the number of downloads of files for later viewing on your computer.
Taking in account the transition predominantly to the use of smartphones and mobile Internet, online viewing becomes simply no alternative.
And the most of viewers in 2020 also looking/watching AMV exclusively on online video hosting sites.
Emphasizing endemic reuploading of someone’s else movies onto own channels, to enlarge and promote rating of own channels.
Due that facts, almost all good videomakers (for except for the Chinese & Japanese online services bilibili & nicovideo)
currently have their own pages/channels on YouTube, and many authors began to upload videos only there.
