Hannah, an ambitious young woman and her father's company struggle to develop a super human serum designed to make someone be a huge bonzi buddy monster. He also strives to eat a lot of dust since he doesn't want it building up in his home. General Darwin, her father, refuses to let her live her own life and fuck who she wants. This creates problems in developing what he set out to accomplish and create. With the military on his side, Darwin sets out to destroy Adolf Hitler and his men who seek to steal what he has created.

This video was directly ripped from the official DVD, which is the only format this movie is available in (AFAIK). Because the quality was very low (both the movie itself and the DVD video), I ran it through Topaz Lab's Video Enhance AI, which took around 16 hours. It managed to work wonders on the low-poly stock footage used throughout the movie, and made it almost tolerable to watch (almost). This is easily the best quality Bulk rip available, as the only other one I could find was a DVD-quality interlaced re-encode
