Note from EncoderThis encode has been upscaled to 1080p from a 720p HDTV source and is in 59.940fps. The 1080p AMZN WEB-DL from SiGMA has some deinterlacing issues and is in 23.976fps with frames literally missing from the image, resulting in choppy playback. I tried to fix it but it is completely unsalvageable. The 720p HDTV source was the next best thing.
