I tried an audio passthrough but FLAC can compress it better. About the de-interlacer: QTGMC (Vapoursynth) De-Interlacer. For 2017~2019, I recommend checking VCB-Studio's release. I do have other shows from Hatsune Miku but they aren't my own encodes as I could not find the RAWs for them.
