Trama:
Legends of Tomorrow è una serie tv che si colloca nell'universo di Arrow e, ambientata nel 2166, segue le imprese di Rip Hunter (Arthur Darvill, Doctor Who, Broadchurch) e del suo team di leggende. Infatti il protagonista, sconvolto per l’uccisione della moglie e del figlio, decide di tornare indietro nel tempo, all’anno 2016 per creare una squadra capace di fermare il terribile Vandal Savage (Casper Crump, The Flash, Arrow) un immortale essere malvagio che ha compiuto l'efferato assassino della sua famiglia e che ora, data la sua capacità di viaggiare nel tempo, vuole distruggere la Terra modificando la storia. Hunter non potendo sconvolgere gli equilibri spazio-temporali deve scegliere per la sua squadra di supporto un gruppo di persone che nel futuro non abbiano avuto un ruolo primario nella storia dell’umanità. Per questo motivo la sua scelta ricade necessariamente su un gruppo di criminali e supereroi ormai falliti ai quali Rupert, Maestro del Tempo, offre la possibilità di sfruttare le proprie speciali potenzialità per lasciare un segno positivo nella storia.
