A decent upgrade over DVDRips available at a cost of an overexposed video. Audio is from hikiko123's DVDRip without re-encoding it. Notes: The most competent rip before this one was probably Erokuni's DVD upscale, but it had incorrect framerate due to lack of proper IVTC and existing DVD shimmering issues were made worse in it due to poor filtering decisions from the encoder [as seen here in this comparison](https://streamable.com/zhqnll). The framerate was fixed in Erokuni's rip for that comparison. Erokuni's rip unfortunately isn't smooth like that on playback. The positives of this release probably outweigh the color issues.
