Le Leggende si ritrovano nel 2017, in un mix di passato, presente e futuro in cui i dinosauri vivono in una Los Angeles dove il Big Ben appare di fianco ai grattacieli. Questa distorsione temporale è stata causata dal viaggio nel tempo compiuto dalle leggende nella scorsa stagione, per sconfiggere la Legione del Destino. La squadra ha infranto, infatti, la prima regola di chi viaggia nel tempo: mai visitare un luogo nello stesso tempo due volte. Così facendo ha sconvolto la linea spazio-temporale e creato una serie di anacronismi, sparpagliando animali, persone e oggetti in giro nel tempo. Il nostro team dovrà trovare un modo per mettere a posto tutti i pezzi, prima che il tempo collassi totalmente.
“DC's Legends of Tomorrow” è una serie statunitense di CW, trasmessa in America dal 2016 e sviluppata da Greg Berlanti, Marc Guggenheim e Andrew Kreisberg. La serie è uno spin-off delle serie tv Arrow e The Flash.
L'ottavo episodio di questa stagione è la quarta ed ultima parte un nuovo crossover con i rispettivi ottavi episodi della sesta stagione di Arrow, della terza stagione di Supergirl e della quarta stagione di The Flash.
