FALCONER возникли на руинах группы MITHOTYN, которая распалась в 1999 году. После распада один из основателей MITHOTYN Стефан Вейнерхалл (Stefan Weinerhall, гитара) записал демо с сольным проектом, из которого в итоге выросли FALCONER.
