Fixed: Some invalid maps in Special ATL Missions.

Fixed: Camera postprocessing issues in local splitscreen.

Fixed: Low Graphics settings now use Postprocessing colors by

default.

Fixed: Liberator Missile lifetime and tracking.

Fixed: Reduced maximum attacks per second for Missions grunt

squads.

Fixed: Reduced mobility for Mission grunt squads.
