The action of RUNE II takes place in a dangerous Scandinavian world, the days of which are almost numbered. This is an epic adventure role-playing game in which the gods, monsters and the remains of people fight for survival. The gods have chosen you as the savior of Midgard - receive their blessings and powerful abilities to prevent Ragnarok. Every second counts: stop Trickster Loki from destroying Midgard, which he keeps in constant chaos. Alone or with friends, you have to fight the legions of Loki's minions in fierce hand-to-hand battles, travel the world in search of rare resources, look for precious artifacts to weaken the World Gate, and create the most powerful weapon in all nine worlds. Do you have the strength to challenge God ... or will a new era of darkness begin?
