Summary



  The untold story of the rebellion of thousands of American soldiers against the war in Vietnam. This movie profiles an event that profoundly impacted American society, yet has been virtually obliterated from memory.



My notes



The GI Underground press is first mentioned at about minute 20 of the main feature.



 The history will make itself clear as you watch it.  Many years later I got to know an antiwar activist who told me he was a part of the movement as a GI in Viet Nam.



  I thought it valuable to bring this to my new file sharing torrent site and see if there is any interest.  It's a new rip from the DVD.  This award winning documentary is available and would be a valuable addition for libraries and schools.  It is the full DVD and different from the 49 min version seen elsewhere.
