SINOPSIS
 
Biopic de la escritora sueca Astrid Lindgren, creadora de Pippi Calzaslargas, que acabó convirtiéndose en un fenómeno mundial para varias generaciones de niños y adultos. Según confesiones de la propia Astrid, se sabe que el nombre de ‘Pippi’ lo concibió cuando su hijo de siete años, enfermo de una infección pulmonar en el invierno de 1941, le pidió que le narrara, a fin de matar el tedio en sus horas de encierro, las aventuras de una niña llamada “Pippi Calzaslargas”. Dos años después, mientras Astrid Lindgren reposaba de una fractura en la pierna, aprovechó su tiempo para escribir las aventuras de esta niña traviesa que pronto daría la vuelta el mundo y se convertiría en un símbolo feminista.
