Stars: Arletty, Marie Déa, Fernand Ledoux

In medieval France, the Devil intervenes when one of his
two envoys, sent to seduce and deceive mortals,
falls instead for a victim. Supposedly a metaphor for
Hitler's occupation of France, on the surface this is a fairy
tale about Satan's determined interference between two lovers.
