Сюжет сериала переносит зрителей в семидесятые годы прошлого века. Мы находимся в Нью-Йорке, огромном мегаполисе, в котором набирает обороты сексуальная революция, а люди, стоящие у власти, не могут справиться с ростом проституции и криминальной активности. Несмотря на тот ужас, что творится на улицах крупнейшего американского города, главные действующие лица этого сериала решают пойти ва-банк, чтобы продвинуть культуру в массы. Правда, их выбор падает на совершенно новый продукт - порнографию, которая вскоре станет общенациональным достоянием, ведь современные пользователи интернета в большинстве своём так или иначе просматривают видео подобного жанра. Авторы сценария рассказывают о событиях семидесятых и восьмидесятых годов, опуская последующие этапы развития порно-индустрии. Однако многие зрители смогут понять, что именно события этого проекта стали основополагающими и решающими в вопросе развития этого направления творчества.
