All four movies have subtitles included in the MKV file. I've also included the SRT files in 'Subs/'.

Nothing has been changed in the rips themselves (the video and audio tracks). They are identical to the releases by RARBG. The rips have only been remuxed into MKVs (using mkvmerge), since they were MP4s originally. Matroska (MKV) is a superior container format, that allows for subtitles to be muxed into the movie file itself, among many other things. This makes it easier to transfer movie files between different devices (computers, media centers, phones etc.). Matroska files are usually a bit smaller in size compared with MP4s.
