Ravi (Prasanna), an engineer invents a design to tightly secure all lockers of a bank where he is currently employed, owned by Viswanath (S.P.B). He falls in love with Nandhini (Ramya Raj), a divorcee. One day he allegedly kills her husband and a gang lead by Fareed (Sibi Raj) abducts Nandhini. Fareed offers to help Ravi to cover up his murder and in return wants to get the bank robbed as Ravi was the one who designed the security locks. Initially reluctant, Ravi agrees. Will Ravi escape from the clutches of Fareed and his gang?
