Description
En la Penitenciaría de Gotham, en presencia de Batman, Robin y el Fiscal de Distrito Harvey Dent, el Dr. Hugo Strange y su asistente, Dr. Harleen Quinzel, realizan un experimento en cinco presos; Joker, Penguin, Riddler, Egghead y Mr. Freeze en un intento de eliminar su mal con una máquina llamada Evil Extractor. El experimento funciona mal y Harvey se expone a un gas marcándole el lado izquierdo de su cara y que hace que éste se convierta en Dos Caras.
