Description

Nascimento (Wagner Moura) se enfrenta a las milicias, un nuevo problema que ha plagado a Río de Janeiro. No tarda en tener enfrentamientos con el sistema que controla el estado, el equilibrio entre el reto de pacificar la ciudad y hacerse cargo de Rafael (Peter Van Held), su hijo adolescente, y Rosane (Maria Ribeiro), su ex esposa.
