С 1972 года в Испании существует одна из четырех европейских Высших школ искусства верховой езды. История Королевской андалусской школы претендует на звание одной из самых прославленных. Школа поддерживает престиж иберийских всадников всемирно известным спектаклем «Como bailan las caballos andaluces» («Как танцуют андалузские лошади»). Кожаные гетры, надетые на белые чулки, жилет, рубашка с жабо, кофта болеро с золотой отделкой, черная шляпа конической формы и шейные платок в горошек. Всадники Королевской андалусской школы дают представление в костюмах, точно копирующих андалусские костюмы XVIII в. И их представление «Como bailan las caballos andaluces», запечатленное на страницах истории страны, по сей день сохраняет верность традициям. Всадники Школы выступают на лошадях испанской чистокровной или лузитанской породы. В пяти или шести хореографических постановках они демонстрируют, что их верховая езда унаследована не из книг, как, например, в Школе Сомюра или Венской школе, а из повседневной жизни их предшественников иберийских воинов и пастухов.
