Kontynuacja wielkiego kinowego przeboju jakim był "One Missed Call" Takashiego Miike. Pewnego dnia opiekunka z przedszkola Kyoko (Mimura) przychodzi do restauracji gdzie pracuje jej chłopak Naoto (Yoshizawa Yu). Nagle jej telefon zaczyna dzwonic dziwną melodią przypominając im o strasznych wypadkach jakie miały miejsce rok temu, gdzie po otrzymaniu takiego właśnie telefonu dziewczyny ginęły w ciągu trzech dni. Wraz z reporterką (Asaka Seto) i jej mężem Yu-ting (Peter Ho) starają się rozwiązać zagadkę. Prowadzone śledztwo doprowadza ich do strasznego odkrycia.
