Lodge 49 följer en grupp frustrerade människor som längtar efter någonting mer i Long Beach, Kalifornien. Tvillingarna "Dud" och Liz försöker återhämta sig efter faderens plötsliga, mystiska död, men deras hanteringsmekanismer och sätt att ta itu med problem sänder dem i motsatta riktningar.
