Michele è uno scaltro truffatore napoletano trapiantato a Roma. Dopo aver provato a vendere il Palazzo Pontificio di Castel Gandolfo ad un ricco sceicco arabo, Michele tenta la truffa successiva: tempo prima aveva notato un annuncio sul giornale di una ricca ereditiera californiana che sarebbe interessata ad intrecciare una relazione con un nobile italiano.







Michele is a shrewd Neapolitan crook transplanted in Rome. After trying to sell the Pontifical Palace of Castel Gandolfo to a rich Arab sheikh, Michele tries the next scam: long ago he had noticed an ad in the newspaper of a rich Californian heiress who would be interested in weaving a relationship with an Italian nobleman.
