FARMLANDS . . . documents the history of South Africa from the earliest Dutch and French settlers in the 17th century,
and the indigenous tribes they encountered, to the present day plight of Afrikaner (Dutch and French descendant) farmers.

Afrikaner farmers in South Africa face the threat of murder on a daily basis.
The South African government does almost nothing to investigate these murders.
The government has drastically cut aid to Afrikaner farmers without explanation.
The government plans to take farmland from Afrikaners without compensation and
"redistribute" the farmland to non-white South African citizens, by force if necessary.
