Po zamachach z 11 września 2001 roku Amerykanie wysyłają do Afganistanu oddział specjalny pod
wodzą kapitana Mitcha Nelsona (Chris Hemsworth). Jego zadaniem jest nawiązanie współpracy z
dowodzącym siłami Sojuszu Północnego generałem Dostumem (Navid Negahban) celem wspólnej
