Avendo vinto un viaggio premio alla TV il rag. Moretti si reca, con la giovane figliola Titti, a Cortina d'Ampezzo. L'ambiente lussuoso la vita comoda e brillante fanno sì che l'ingenuo impiegato si monti la testa: egli finisce con l'innamorarsi perdutamente della contessa Paola, donna elegantissima, brillante, scettica tradita regolarmente dal marito, la quale si prende gioco del povero uomo. Moretti spende un patrimonio in vestiti, abiti da sci, regali finché l'ultima notte dell'anno il marito della contessa, d'accordo con la moglie, lo caccia in malo modo. Carlo e Stefania, due coniugi, filano il perfetto amore; ma Carlo, un grosso industriale, è costretto dai suoi affari a lasciar sola la moglie, la quale per ripicca accetta la corte di Gianni. Ma Carlo affronta un viaggio faticoso per raggiungere la moglie prima della fine dell'anno e sulla rinata armonia coniugale s'infrange il sogno d'amore di Gianni. Il maturo marito della contessa Paola, ganimede di professione, circuisce una ragazza onesta, Vera. Egli chiede al portiere dell'albergo di lasciargli la chiave di una baita, che il portiere stesso essendone proprietario, suole affittare per incontri clandestini. Se non che il portiere scopre, fortunatamente in tempo, che la vittima designata sarebbe la sua adorata figliola Vera. Una stellina "vamp" Carol, accetta le premure del principe Toni e ne approfitta per farsi un efficace ed enorme réclame. Il principe finirà per sposarla, appena avrà divorziato.
Having won a prize trip to TV the rag. Moretti goes with his young daughter Titti to Cortina d'Ampezzo. The luxurious environment, comfortable and brilliant life, make the naive employee get his head up: he ends up falling in love with the Countess Paola, a very elegant, brilliant, skeptical woman who is betrayed regularly by her husband, who makes fun of the poor man. Moretti spends a fortune on clothes, ski clothes, and presents until the last night of the year the Countess's husband, in agreement with his wife, chases him down badly. Carlo and Stefania, two spouses, spin perfect love; but Carlo, a big industrialist, is forced by his affairs to leave his wife alone, who resignedly accepts Gianni's court. But Carlo faces a tiring journey to reach his wife before the end of the year and Gianni's dream of love breaks on his renewed conjugal harmony. The mature husband of Countess Paola, a professional gianimede, surrounds an honest girl, Vera. He asks the hotel porter to give him the key to a cabin, that the owner himself is the owner, and to rent for clandestine meetings. If not that the porter discovers, fortunately in time, that the intended victim would be his beloved daughter Vera. A "vamp" star Carol, accepts the prizes of Prince Toni and takes the opportunity to make an effective and huge réclame. The prince will end up marrying her as soon as she gets divorced.
