Peaky Blinders è una serie televisiva inglese andata in onda sulla BBC nel 2013. Creata da Steven Knight, la mini-serie è ambientata nel primo dopoguerra in Birmingham, nel povero quartiere di Small Heath. Al centro della serie ci sono loro, i Peaky Blinders, una gang di criminali capeggiata dalla famiglia Shelby, in particolare da Thomas Shelby (Cillian Murphy) il più grande di quattro fratelli. Thomas Shelby, dopo essere tornato dal fronte francese nella prima guerra mondiale si mette al comando dell'impresa familiare basata principalmente su attività illegali e scommesse clandestine. Entrati nel mondo della criminalità, nel corso delle stagioni, saranno in contatto con i più grandi e potenti 'criminali' di tutto il paese.
